Course Overview

There is nothing to match the thrill of working with bright, passionate and committed teachers as they begin their careers and I am honoured to lead the PGCE History course here at the University of Manchester. Over the past 4 years I've had the pleasure of working with an incredibly diverse range of providers, including some of the best History teachers in the North West, to create a vibrant and stimulating PGCE programme. We are proud of our outstanding outcomes for employment and are committed to providing schools with knowledgeable, critically reflective and well-trained History teachers.
