The program supports entry into health and social care management roles through structured study of care systems, service coordination, and basic leadership practice. Learners gain exposure to topics such as healthcare operations, communication in care settings, and service planning.
Training includes case-based tasks linked to hospitals, care homes, and community services. This builds understanding of daily operations and service delivery in health-related organizations.
Graduates can move into support roles in healthcare administration, care coordination, and supervisory positions in social care services. The pathway also supports further study at MBA level for higher management roles in the sector.
