Created in response to the needs of the industry, this course is designed to help you deliver a memorable experience.
We give you the chance to study hospitality, tourism, and events as part of this course focuses on management. You’ll explore modules covering current trends, food from around the world, and accounting and you'll take part in an overseas residential field trip in year one, the cost of which is included in your fees.
You’ll have the chance to undertake work experience and possible collaboration with the Christ Church Tourism and Events Research Hub. You’ll even be able to learn a new language alongside your studies.
Career advice is embedded in our curriculum with the help of our Employability and Careers Service. Our past students have entered a wide range of roles, both in the public and private sectors, locally, nationally, and internationally.
These include hotel managers, resort managers, restaurant managers, tourist officers, destination managers, travel writers, tour manager, regional tourist managers (i.e. Visit Kent), tourism exhibition management, visitor attraction marketing, niche event specialist, and managers of their own businesses.
