Course Overview

You must already hold an SSSC recognized practitioners qualification and you will currently be working in a relevant 0-16 setting such as early years, playwork, childminding, or out-of-school club. On completion of this part-time online course, you will be eligible to register as a Lead Practitioner/Manager with the Scottish Social Services Council. You will work with other professionals throughout the course to improve your leadership skills and ensure better outcomes for children. You will use workplace-based activities, reflecting on your professional practice experience, as the foundation for your academic study.

General Eligibility
