Course Overview

"The spread of computers and the Internet will put jobs in two categories. People who tell computers what to do, and people who are told by computers what to do." - Marc Andreessen, Entrepreneur, inventor of Netscape

An in-depth understanding of Computer Science is a key enabler of social mobility enabling children of all backgrounds access to rewarding and well-paid careers. Every child deserves to be taught by expert teachers who know not only their subject in detail but more importantly how to teach it.

This is your chance to share your passion for your subject and inspire the next generation.

Our vision is to develop skillful and resilient teachers who are experts in Computer Science pedagogy, we focus on subject-specific knowledge, up-to-date teaching practices which are based on the most recent research, and, most importantly, your specific needs as a trainee teacher.
