As part of this course, you’ll:
Study language acquisition, systems and teaching methodology and apply it to your English Language Teaching (ELT) practice
Understand the role of language in issues relating to social justice, diversity and inclusion
Learn how to create inclusive language classrooms
Discover and experience a range of language learning technologies and ELT contexts
Develop your identity and communication skills as an ELT professional through classroom and reflective practice in a supportive personalised learning environment
Complete an independent research project relevant to your teaching practice and context
Applicants should either have at least a second-class honours degree or have substantial English Language Teaching work experience.
20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
IELTS 6.0 with no skills below 5.5, or an equivalent qualification.
