As part of this course, you’ll:
Explore pedagogical approaches used in mainstream schools and in SEN settings
Develop inclusive teaching strategies to address the needs of students from a range of backgrounds and with a variety of abilities and learning styles
Recognise the different needs of each child, and champion and value the diversity of the whole classroom
Learn how to encourage and support the progress of all your pupils, including those with SEND
Engage in joint practice development for inclusion with fellow practitioners, which you’ll then be able to apply to your own educational setting
Apply inclusive practices to foster a culture of acceptance, respect and belonging in a professional learning community
