The Professional Translation for European Languages MA combines practical training and theory to give you the skills and knowledge to become a professional translator. You will receive expert training in professional tools and computer-assisted translation (CAT) software. The training will explain how to work in different contexts, such as: business and finance legal technical marketing and publicity literary translation In your professional life, you will only translate into your mother tongue and our teaching reflects this.
Normally a 2:1 honours degree, or international equivalent.
IELTS 7.0 overall (with a minimum of 6.5 in all sub-skills).
