Course Overview
Aimed at students with a design background, we also welcome students from other disciplines or experiences looking to expand their practice or enter a new career.
As part of this course, you’ll:
Propose new areas for investigation and critical enquiry by expanding your engagement with contemporary social, cultural, political, and ecological issues, debates, and public policies
Embrace interdisciplinary methodological approaches to spatial practice to contribute to theory- and practice-led research in the field.
Expertly organise expanded spatial practices and proficiently realise and communicate high-quality projects, including documenting and disseminating outputs.
Develop a high level of collaborative competency, effectiveness, and efficiency in leading and working with multi-disciplinary teams and complex organisations.
General Eligibility
Applicants should either have at least an upper second-class honours degree (2.1) in the cognate subjects of architecture, interiors, curatorship, public engagement, participation design, event design, policy, regeneration, performance, choreography, filmmaking or social history, at least a second-class honours degree in a non-cognate subject supported by evidence of an aptitude for the subject applied for or have equivalent experience or training, usually from within the work environment.
Part Time Work Details
20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
