Salary: BDT 50,000 – 65,000 (Monthly)

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising
Lead, plan, and optimize all digital marketing activities across Google Ads, Meta
(Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage and optimize paid ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI and lead quality.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve performance.
Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality.
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, follow-ups, offers, and
re-engagement.
Build and manage email automation workflows (welcome emails, follow-ups,
reminders, conversions).
Segment leads based on interest, location, intake, and behavior to improve conversions.
Track open rates, click rates, and conversions to continuously improve email
performance.SEO & Website Growth Support
Collaborate closely with the SEO team to support on-page SEO, content optimization,
landing pages, and keyword-driven campaigns.
Work with the developer team to implement website updates aligned with marketing
trends, UX improvements, and conversion optimization.
Ensure landing pages are optimized for speed, SEO, and lead conversion.
Social Media & Content Strategy
Strategize, execute, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X
(Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
Lead content planning for Reels, Shorts, Stories, Carousels, and Interactive posts.
Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to drive
engagement and trust.
Track engagement metrics and audience growth to refine content strategy.
Reporting, Analytics & KPI Tracking
Prepare and submit 2 detailed KPI performance reports per month, focusing on:
Social media growth & engagement
Paid ads performance
Lead quality & conversions
Email marketing performance
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve marketing outcomes.
Follow-up & Performance Marketing
Develop and execute strong follow-up marketing strategies to convert leads into
applications and enrolments.
Work closely with admissions and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with
conversion goals.
Continuously optimize the marketing funnel from lead generation to enrolment.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
