MSc Learning and People Development (Top-Up)

As part of this course, you’ll:

• Further your knowledge and understanding of learning and people development, managerial and business practices

• Critically evaluate and apply theory and techniques to a complex business issue in this field

• Gain a strategic perspective on learning and people development practice in an organisational context

• Practise making ethical and informed quantitative and qualitative professional judgements

• Further develop creativity and transferable skills in an organisational and/or professional setting with awareness of inclusivity, sensitivity to equality, diversity, and culture

Applicants should have completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Learning & People Development.

20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
