Offer Terms and Conditions

This laptop offer is valid from October 1st, 2023, to October 31st, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria:
  1. To be eligible for this laptop offer, students must apply for enrollment at Arden University for the November 2023 intake or Cumbria University for the October 2023 intake within the specified time frame (October 1st to October 31st, 2023).
  2. Students must successfully enroll in their chosen university with unconditional acceptance.

Laptop Claim Process

Application

To initiate the laptop claim process, eligible students must apply to both Arden University and Cumbria University between October 1st and October 31st, 2023.

Tuition Fee Payment

Students must pay the first and second tuition fee installments directly to the respective university.

Verification

Boost Education Service (BHE Uni) will verify the payment with the universities to ensure that the first and second tuition fee installments have been paid. This verification will be carried out in coordination with the universities, and evidence of payment may be requested from the Student Loans Company (SLC). 

Laptop Delivery

Once the payment verification is successfully completed and confirmed by the universities, eligible students will receive their laptops as part of this offer.

Claim Deadline
Students must submit their laptop claim before April 30th, 2024. Late claims will not be considered.

  6. By participating in this offer, students agree to allow BHE Uni to share their information with Arden University, Cumbria University, and relevant third parties for the purpose of verification and fulfillment of this offer.

By applying for enrollment at Arden University or Cumbria University during the specified time frame and participating in this offer, students acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
