This course will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of human resource management, including recruitment and selection, employee training and development, performance management, and employment law. You will learn how to manage people effectively in a range of organisations and industries, and develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this field. The course is designed to provide you with a solid foundation for a career in human resource management, or related fields such as personnel management, industrial relations, or training and development.
