With a strong theoretical grounding coupled with the practical experience developed on your placements, you will have the necessary expertise to meet the Nursing & Midwifery Council's high standards of care as a specialist nurse. There will be the opportunity to explore concepts of health behaviors and promotion in the public health arena, and you will also consider how to effectively meet the wellbeing needs of individuals, groups, and wider communities.
