Quantity surveyors are in demand both in the UK and worldwide, and we will provide you with guidance and industry contacts to help launch your career after graduation. Whether you choose to work on-site for a construction company or in an office environment with a consultancy firm, a rewarding career with excellent opportunities in the field of the built environment will be open to you. Upon graduation, you will be qualified to work in a wide range of commercial or private practice organizations. You will also have the option of further study and you could undertake one of our range of master's degrees, including Quantity Surveying Commercial Management or Strategic Project Management.

General Eligibility

GCSEs

GCSE English Language and Maths at Grade 4 or above (Grade C for GCSEs taken before 2017) or equivalent. Key Skills Level 2, Functional Skills Level 2, and the Certificate in Adult Literacy and Adult Numeracy are accepted in place of GCSEs.

Access to HE Diploma

Pass overall with a minimum of 112 UCAS tariff points.

T Levels

Pass overall with a minimum of 112 UCAS tariff points, including a C or above on the core.

Scottish Awards

112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of 5 Highers of which at least 2 must be grade B or above.

Irish Leaving Certificate

112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of 5 subjects at a higher level of which at least 3 must be grade H3 or above.

International baccalaureate

112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of 3 Highers of which at least 2 must be grade H5 or above.

Part Time Work Details

20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

• IELTS 6.0 with no skills below 5.5, or an equivalent qualification.
