Course Overview

This course is designed for non-cognate graduates intending to work in general practice surveying, property management, investment, development, and other property-related fields. It focuses on the appraisal of commercial property for occupation, development, and investment, largely in an urban context. It will develop your property-related skills and knowledge together with an understanding of finance, business management, and marketing in the context of the industry. On completion of the course, you'll be able to offer a broad range of expertise and skills, harnessing the theories, practices, and techniques of real estate management. You'll gain an insight into the nature of land and property investment, development and management, and its impact on the vitality of our cities. Real estate is a significant contributor to the overall economy of the UK. General Eligibility

A Bachelor's degree equivalent to UK Second Class Honours Upper Division in any subject. Applicants need to demonstrate the capacity to think about a broad range of theoretical and practical issues.
