Accounting and Finance (Top-up)

Course Overview

Mont Rose College of the Management & Sciences offers Top-up in Accounting and Finance in partnership with Buckinghamshire New University.

• Demonstrate and apply understanding and knowledge of accounting systems and processes with a critical interpretation of the main issues and themes that affect the policy and practice of accounting

• Explore and evaluate a range of contemporary business and management issues about Accounting and Finance

• Analyze empirical evidence concerning financial management, risk, and the operation of global capital markets

General Eligibility

For students progressing by an entry with advanced standing to Level 6 an overall Merit profile in an HND, a Foundation Degree, or a recognized overseas equivalent is required. In other cases, applications for advanced entry with specific credits towards the degree will be dealt with under Buckinghamshire New University regulations and procedures.

Language Requirement

• International (Tier-4) students must show proof of English-language competence through success in an English test or background approved by UKBA. They should have CEFR (The Common European Framework of Reference) B2 level and above in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. European Union students should also have good exam results or a background in English.
