BSc (Hons) Cloud Computing addresses the key areas of systems administration, network security, and cloud computing. Both areas are in high demand in the tech industry.
The course aims to:
Develop your competence in the application of cloud computing at a high level;
Provide you with a sound knowledge of the principles underlying standard applications of cloud computing;
Provide practical skills in applied cloud computing to inform commercial decisions.
This course is accredited by the British Computer Society (BCS).
In the BSc Cloud Computing course, you will learn through knowledge: you will understand essential facts, concepts, theories, and principles of emerging technologies in cloud and distributed computing.
You will learn through thinking, demonstrating independent thinking and analytical skills in real-world problems related to cloud computing. You will reason critically in the assimilation and production of cloud computing artifacts.
Subject-based practical skills: you will analyze, interpret, synthesize, and evaluate design methods and alternative solutions for a given problem in the diverse fields of finance, medicine, and technology domains. You will gain hands-on experience in algorithm design using state-of-the-art programming languages, and you will work professionally as an individual and as a team player to develop creative solutions to problems.

A LEVEL - Must include passes at A2 in at least two subjects.
BTEC - Extended Diploma or Diploma
INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE - Diploma with 25 points including a minimum of 15 points at a Higher Level.
20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 6.0 in Writing and Speaking; a minimum of 5.5 in Reading and Listening (or recognized equivalent).
