The Leadership and Management specialism will teach you to observe leadership and management theory, practice, and research in relation to various contexts . This specialism is equally suited to applicants who have limited leadership experience in education and those who aspire to roles in management. You will also benefit from this course if you are from a corporate background, leading on staff training, or looking to develop new modes or structures of learning. Modules will cover aspects of leadership and management in an educational setting such as strategic leadership and management, leading learning and managing change, and reflective approaches to teaching and learning. General Eligibility

A minimum of a 2:2 honors degree or an equivalent qualification such as a Certificate in Education (Cert Ed). Other professional qualifications and relevant professional experience will also be considered.

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.
