On this flexible course, you develop the legal expertise and intellectual understanding to establish yourself in international practice, academic institutions, or a range of other high-level roles.
Focusing on areas of the law relevant to international business, the course examines the way in which legal rules impact business practice and provides insights into the policy considerations that underpin legal regulation. Your studies broaden your understanding of the complex relationships and interactions between international business and the legal and regulatory frameworks in which they operate.
In line with our practice-based approach to learning, you resolve legal and regulatory problems through collaborative activities, taking into consideration a diverse range of legal and business perspectives.
Applicants should have a good undergraduate degree at Honours level, or equivalent.
To apply for a postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/MBA/LLM) at the University of Bedfordshire you should have a good honours degree (or equivalent qualification) in an appropriate subject from a recognised university or HE institution.
We will also consider candidates with other relevant qualifications or appropriate work experience.
