The modules encompass HR management from many perspectives: personal development, business approach, organization health, resourcing and talent management, and employee relations. The first degree of 2:2 or above in a relevant subject, or a degree of 2.2 or above in any subject plus relevant experience.
If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.5 ( Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification, as recognized by Anglia Ruskin University.
