Course Overview

People are a vital business asset and getting the human side of a business right leads to competitive advantage. Human resource management is the strategic approach to the employment, development, training, retention and wellbeing of people.

As a human resource manager you'll be vital to your company. You'll formulate policies that address key modern workplace issues such as flexible working, remote working and equality and diversity. You'll be leading on strategy to recruit and retain the right workforce.

With this degree you'll get a head start on employability as you you'll be able to apply for Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) when you graduate, something that's often only available after postgraduate study.

General Eligibility

  • A levels – ABB–BBB

  • UCAS points – 120–128 points from 3 A levels or equivalent

  • T levels – Merit

  • BTECs (Extended Diplomas) – DDM

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

  • The IELTS score for international applicants is 6 (with no less than 5.5 in each component).
