As a human resource manager you'll be vital to your company. You'll formulate policies that address key modern workplace issues such as flexible working, remote working and equality and diversity. You'll be leading on strategy to recruit and retain the right workforce.
With this degree you'll get a head start on employability as you you'll be able to apply for Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) when you graduate, something that's often only available after postgraduate study.
